Washoe County foreclosure filings for June were down 10 percent from May and nearly 22 percent from June 2010, according to foreclosure tracker. RealtyTrac? 1,035 foreclosure related filings were recorded for the month.
This makes 54 months in a row that Nevada lead? the U.S.? Nevada's Foreclosure rate was one in 114 housing units.? The whole U.S. by contrast has a rate of one in 584 homes.
