The DMS is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with experience in all areas of digital and interactive. You will become our daily go-to person to deliver digital marketing applications to a nationwide roster of new and existing clients. The growth opportunities are tremendous in our 25-person agency that works with primarily retail accounts.
You will be charged with implementing and championing the overall digital vision of our agency and becoming a trusted advisor to our clients, who need customers driven to their websites and through their doors. This person will be a quick learner, a good listener, smart and a nice person.
When you blast off the first day of work, you will be expected to know where to begin and how to apply your digital marketing skills.
Strategic
? Understand the agency?s core business strategy and uncover new ways to support and deliver that strategy through superior customer experience and enabling technologies
? Assist in leading client engagements to enhance relationships as a trusted adviser
? Ensure all opportunities and challenges of accounts are understood, solutions identified, and that accounts are being developed in a successful manner
Delivery
? Manage complex small and large-scale client projects for creative, technical and profitability
? Work collaboratively with agency team
Meets deadlines, sets and follows priorities, ready to lend a hand, maintains a high level of personal responsibility and understands that the client pays the bills
Account Management/ Growth
? Develop new digital strategies, promotions and ongoing ideas
? Evangelize the agency?s unique story
? Establish a strong track record of growing and building long-term, profitable, client relationships
Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
? College degree in a related field
? At least 1-2 years of digital marketing experience in hands-on capacity for a national retailer or retail client exposure in an agency environment
? Proven success stories across the digital mix, including: local and national SEM and SEO, email and social marketing, mobile applications, and affiliates
? An understanding of analytics and how to apply them to improve marketing results
? Experience in branded content and services from planning to execution
? Excellent organizational, written and communications skills
? Ongoing knowledge of digital trends and the ability to apply them to market brands
? Understanding of digital technology and development
? Experience in project management
? Ability to concept, package and sell ideas helpful
? Experience working directly with clients helpful
? Experience in working on ecommerce sites helpful
